Accidents
4 JUN 1946 - In mechanical failure accident at Edgewood Arsenal (Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD). It was assigned to the 614th Army Air Force Base Unit and was piloted by John E. Prey. The plane was repaired and put back into service.
