First of all, let us start by saying thank you for your support. The fact that you are even considering helping us with our mission to research and preserve the information on these planes and crews is appreciated. Check out our Frequently Asked Questions below. If you don't see the answer to your question there, please email us or send us a Facebook message and we will answer your question as soon as possible.

Can I donate my time?

Sure! We are always looking for people who can help us with this website or who people who can transcribe PDF documents into text. If you have other skills you'd like to volunteer, please send us a message.

Can I donate an artifact?

Yes! If you an item that once belonged to an A-26 or a crew member and you'd like to ensure that it is preserved you can send it to us for safekeeping. We will photograph and/or scan the item and make the images available on the website and the artifact itself will be carefully preserved with the rest of our collection. If we ever get a physical building, your item will be carefully and reverently displayed.

Can I donate money?

Absolutely! Money is perhaps the easiest donation to make and every little bit helps. We use the secure donation portal, PayPal to handle our donation transactions. You don't have to have a PayPal account in order to donate to us.

If I donate money can I get a tax write-off?

Unfortunately, not yet. While we are a "not-for-profit" entity, we are not yet recognized by the Government as a Non-Profit Agency. We are looking into filing our 501C3 form to request that status, so this answer may change in the future.

Where does my monetary donation go?

None of your money goes toward salary. Everyone who works on this project is volunteering their time. We try to cover the day-to-day operational expenses of having the website and web server on our own, so money that we get from donations is primarily used for acquiring research materials. This could be anything from rare books to military records, NTSB Accident Reports, FAA Registry Reports, or anything of that nature. If you'd like your funds to be earmarked for a specific purpose or prohibited from being used for a specific purpose simply send a message and we will use the money accordingly.
