Overview
Damarien Tierney hasn’t always had luck on his side. He was abandoned by his family, and when things were starting to look up for him, his adoptive father was brutally murdered. Determined to exact revenge, his plans soon fall apart, and he is forced to flee – to leave Earth completely or else he would suffer the same fate.
By chance, he finds an opportunity to save himself. He volunteers for the Exodus Project – a secret colonization effort that will take him farther from home than any human being has ever been.
​Soon he is exiled on an alien world with no way home and no idea what he’s doing. Only his wits and his newfound friends can save him from dangers that he could never imagine and old threats long-forgotten.

JJ Clayborn is an American author of fiction. He has a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology. He is passionate about education, learning, and science and has worked in the training industry for two decades. An avid lover of science fiction, most of his fictional works are within that genre. He grew up on the literary sci-fi classics of Bradbury, Heinlein, Asimov, Clarke, as well as more contemporary authors like Niven and Vinge, whom he credits with heavily influencing his writing style.
