1 Nov 1964 - Accepted into USAF Inventory from OnMark at Van Nuys, CA.
2 Nov 1964 - Assigned to 605th Air Commando Squadron at Howard AFB.
NOTE: The Date of Accepted into Service is an estimate based on the implied data of the record. All other B-26K models are received at OnMark the day before they are assigned to a unit. This plane does not show a line item for being at OnMark (OMEVC), but on the single line entry for assignment to the 605th it does show that the unit gained the plane from OnMark. I suspect that it is a clerical error that resulted in this omission.

6 May 1966 - Designation changed from B-26K to A-26A while with the 605th Air Commando Squadron at Howard AFB.

29 Jun 1967 - Assigned to Sacramento Air Material Area (SMAAR) at McLellan AFB.

16 Nov 1969 - Assigned back to Davis-Monthan. This transfer to the 6200nd ABW was on paper-only and may have been an error. The plane did not recieve a new PCN, which it would have done had it left Davis-Monthan. The plane was also listed in Flyable Storage (Code PR) during this time. It's unclear if this transfer was an error or if it was a planned transfer that was cancelled before the plane was moved.

15 Dec 1972 - Declared surplus and authorized for reclamation.

7 Mar 1980 - Sent to Allied Aircraft, Inc of Tucson, AZ.
