Operational History
This plane was assigned to the 669th Bombardment Squadron, 416th Bombardment Group during November 1944. It began participating in combat missions immediately thereafter.

Accidents
- 28 FEB 1947 - This plane was involved in a landing accident due to mechanical failure while at McClellan Field, CA. It was assigned to the 303rd AD, 59th ADR. The pilot that day was Amin George, Jr.
