Operational History

This plane was assigned to the 669th Bombardment Squadron, 416th Bombardment Group during November 1944. It began participating in combat missions immediately thereafter.

28 FEB 1947 - This plane was involved in a landing accident due to mechanical failure while at McClellan Field, CA. It was assigned to the 303rd AD, 59th ADR. The pilot that day was Amin George, Jr.

This aircraft survived the war and was in military service until at least 1947. Additional research is needed from the plane's IARC.
