A Note on Time: There are several ways to denote the passage of time in the Starsong Universe. For the most part, the original human worlds use the Terran (Earth) Standard calendar, which is abbreviated as TSC.

The colony worlds in the Hyades will often use a common calendar, abbreviated as SHA, which means "Secundum Hyades Adventum" (latin for "After Hyades Arrival"). This calendar is based on a 365 day year, like Earth, although it has different months. It is the standard when referencing events on an interstellar scale. However, each planet also has it's own calendar that it uses that is local and specific to that world.

2198 Eta Cassiopeiea A (ECA) Colony ships launched. 2200 [TCS-10K] ships retired. 2208 Tau Ceti ships arrive. 2209 82 Eridani colony ships launched. 2216 Delta Pavonis Colony ships launched. 2233 Beta Hyrdi colony ships launched.

       Pi(3) Orionis colony ships launched.

2235 [Political Topics|Blue Revolt]!BlueRevolt - Mars, Alpha Centauri, Epsilon Eridani and Tau Ceti rebel and demand the formation of a government where each planet is treated with equal rights and equal voice. The plan works and the Terran Alliance is formed. 2238 Sigma Draconis ships arrive.

2351 [Damarien Tierney] is abandoned by his family on Earth at 8 years old. 2355 Dermot \MacMurrough meets and adopts Damarien Tierney 2362 Alpha Mensae ships arrive. 2365 Dermot \MacMurrough is killed by Viktor Topalev. 2366 [Damarien Tierney] joins the Celtic Kerns Freefall team, taking his stepfather's place. 2371 Exodus Event occurs. Earth's population is 31,430,000,000.
