17 Feb 1965 - Assigned to 1st Air Commando Wing at Eglin AFB
17 Dec 1965 - 1st Air Commando Wing moved from Eglin AFB to England AFB

10 May 1966 - Designation changed from B-26K to A-26A while with the 1st Air Commando Wing at England AFB.
11 Jun 1966 - Sent to Nakhon Phanom Air Base. Participated in Operation Steel Tiger

10 Nov 1969 - Arrived at Davis-Monthan.
21 May 1971 - Sent to Florence Air & Missile Museum, Florence, SC.
~2000 - Cannibalized for parts when the local airport expanded and took over the property. The Props, Engines, and Cockpit area went to Wright-Patterson for spares for their A-26.
