This plane was part of the 606th Special Operations Squadron (Tail code IF).
22 Oct 1969 - Arrived at Davis-Monthan AFB for long term storage from 606th Special Operations Squadron, 1st Special Operations Wing, Eglin AFB. It was assigned the PCN of AD001 while at Davis-Monthan which was painted on the nose.
15 Dec 1972 - Declared Excess and approved for reclamation (scrapping).
2 Oct 1976 - Sent to Allied Aircraft, Inc of Tucson, AZ.

Unknown. Several other websites list this plane as being scrapped in Dec 1972 due to the USAF declaring it excess. However, the records at Davis Monthan clearly show that it survived that fate and was sold in 1976.
