This plane was part of the 606th Special Operations Squadron (Tail code IF).
22 Oct 1969 - Arrived at Davis-Monthan AFB for long term storage from 606th Special Operations Squadron, 1st Special Operations Wing, Eglin AFB. It was assigned the PCN of AD001 while at Davis-Monthan which was painted on the nose.
15 Dec 1972 - Declared Excess and approved for reclamation (scrapping).
2 Oct 1976 - Sent to Allied Aircraft, Inc of Tucson, AZ.
