18 Aug 1964 - sent to Congo to participate in CIA operation Anstalt Wigmo Flew with markings RF645 and later FR-645.

Served with 609th Special Operations Squadron. Participated in Operation Steel Tiger.

10 Nov 1969 - Sent to South Vietnam as a training frame.
Mar 1975 - Blown up at Nha Trang to prevent enemy capture.
